The Ranch House Clubhouse & Community Park
A 7.5-acre Community Park offers outdoor activities for the whole family. Residents enjoy the 2.2-acre catch & release fishing lake with wooden pier and lakeside trail, splash fountain, 25-meter swimming pool, and shallow play pool, with convenient poolside restroom. The park also features a children’s playground, full basketball court, sand volleyball court, grassy play areas, picnic ramadas with barbecues, an event pavilion and a 10-acre soccer complex with three different fields. The 4000 sq. ft. Ranch House clubhouse is home to the Community Association Office and full time activity director.
The Barn & Trailside Community Park
The new 7.3-acre Trailside Community Park is the site of a second community clubhouse, pool, 2-acre catch-and-release fishing lake, lakeside trail with sidewalks linking up with a greenbelt trail and two shaded picnic pavilions. The Groves Neighborhood
The Groves neighborhood is ornamented by Velvet Mesquite trees and Chihuahan Sage shrubs. The Vineyards Neighborhood

The Orchard Neighborhood
The Orchard is planted with Willow Acacia and Outback Cassia. The Orchard Park sports a multi-use turf sports field is highlighted by terraced grassy seating, a shaded overlook and double-curved trellis.
