Millennium Properties & Development Inc.'s Entorno project, featuring hotels, residential towers, retail and office park components, received unanimous zoning approval from Avondale City Council.

Entorno will be built on 160 acres off Loop 101 at the southwest corner of 99th Avenue and Indian School Road and will include detached single-family homes.
