The Buyers Advisory
 
The Buyer Advisory is provided by the Arizona Department of Real
Estate and was created to help assist home buyers in our state to make a truly
educated decision on their  purchase. 

Arizona is the first state in the Nation to create such a document.

The Advisory is designed to make you familiar with almost all
aspects of the home buying purchase, including many pitfalls we may
encounter. In short, it’s designed to help eliminate any surprises along the way. 
During the course of our time together looking at homes and neighborhoods,
we will be talking about many of these issues.  Some of these would be:
Termites, Seller Disclosures, Pool Fence barriers,  Home Warranties, Flood Planes,
Flight Paths, Homeowners Associations, School Districts and Future Freeway Locations!

We are here to help you figure out where is the best place for you and
your family to call home.  It’s our commitment to you that you make a sound
purchase, in a safe community.  The advisory is not intended to replace an
actual physical inspection of a home, but to supplement your knowledge of a home or area,
for your benefit.  An inspection on the property is essential and highly recommended.

Please feel free read through the Advisory and make any notes or questions
for us, prior to our first meeting together. You will eventually need to review
and sign as part of our Transaction process.
