Top-producing Valley residential broker launches first book

Coming off $217 million in record sales in March, Jason Mitchell is about to release his first book.

The founder of Jason Mitchell Real Estate in Phoenix said he never had any big dreams of writing a book. But he wanted to share tips for succeeding as a real estate broker.

Called “Psychology of Real Estate: Your 40-Day Blueprint to Making Millions,” the book is more like a textbook that goes with an audio course.

“The book is more like a course outline,” he said. “I go into detail about best practices around how to work with the consumer during that stage of the transaction. Every module, I give my own personal story on that specific segment.”

It took him more than a year to write the book and record the audio courses, which turn out to be an 8-week class with 40 modules. Each module is about 15 to 20 minutes.

“You can binge or take time day by day,” he said.

The audio class costs $197, which includes the book. But without the audio course, the book is $29.97 on Amazon.

On May 12, Mitchell plans to launch his book at his Smooth Brew Coffee shop at 504 E. Roosevelt St., starting at noon. He will give away signed books that day.

With 250 brokers in 18 states and 56 cities, Mitchell’s brokerage produced a record $217 million in sales in March.

In April, the team sold 402 homes, generating $188 million in sales.
